Who We Are

Booking

A booking is confirmed when we have agreed a date, service and price with you by phone, text, email or through our online booking. Prices shown on our Services & Pricing page are flat rates for homes in average condition. If your home needs materially more time than the rate assumes, we will tell you the revised price before we begin work. We will never increase the price after the fact without your agreement.

Deposits & Payment

A $50 deposit may be taken to hold a slot; it is applied in full to your final bill. The balance is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We may also accept cash.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit is fully refundable, or we will move it to your new date at no charge. For cancellations inside 24 hours, or if our team cannot access the property at the agreed time, we may retain the deposit to cover the crew member's guaranteed pay for that slot.

Our Guarantee

If something in our checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours of the clean and we will return and put it right at no charge. This is our sole remedy for an unsatisfactory clean.

Access & Your Property

You are responsible for providing safe access and for telling us about alarms, pets, or areas you would rather we did not enter. Please secure cash, jewellery and irreplaceable items before we arrive. We carry liability insurance. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of the visit so we can inspect.

What We Do Not Do

For the safety of our team we do not clean biohazards, human or animal waste beyond normal bathroom and litter cleaning, mould remediation, insect or rodent infestations, or work requiring ladders above two storeys. We do not move furniture or appliances heavier than roughly 35 pounds.

Our Employees

Our cleaners are our employees. Please do not offer them direct employment for a period of 12 months from your last service. If you do, a placement fee of $2,500 applies, which reflects the cost of recruiting, vetting and training a replacement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
