Well above the Colorado market for cleaners either way you choose. Paid weekly, every Friday, no waiting.
Hours You Can Count On
We guarantee a minimum number of hours a week. If a client cancels last minute, you still get paid for that slot.
Your Choice on Supplies
Use our provided products at $25/hr, or buy your own from our approved list at $30/hr. You decide which fits you when you apply.
Room to Grow
Reliable cleaners get first pick of routes and move into team lead pay. We promote from inside.
No Certification Needed
If you show up on time and take pride in your work, we'll teach you the rest. Experience helps but it isn't required.

Two Pay Tracks — You Choose
No vague "competitive pay" language. Pick the track that fits you when you apply, and here's exactly what a full schedule looks like on each.
🧰 Bring Your Own Supplies — $30/hr
Buy your cleaning products and basic equipment from our approved list (Sam's Club or Costco — see the list below). Higher pay per hour to cover it.

🧴 We Provide Supplies — $25/hr
Show up and clean — products, vacuums, cloths and equipment are all provided. Nothing out of pocket, ever.

- $3,467 gross per month
- $41,600 gross per year
Based on 32 guaranteed billable hours a week plus paid drive time. Part-time schedules scale down proportionally — the hourly rate is the same either way. This choice is made once when you're hired.
